Autoclave process
Loftmasts are constructed using carbon fiber pre-pregs which are cured using a temp-specific autoclave process. The process results in masts with the highest possible laminate qualities: no air entrapment for maximized mast integrity. Loftmasts include an inner spiral of carbon for compression strength. Three layers of unidirectional carbon run longitudinally for maximum compressive strength. Loftmasts production processes allow the fiber layers to be controlled in spacing and distribution, making mast flex fine tuning possible.

Loft masts are built to last utilizing first quality 100% high modulus carbon pre-preg.
Loft masts are carefully controlled in design and construction to have "constant-curve" flex
character; Loft masts measure 64% bend at base (lower 1/4), 76% bend at tip (upper 1/4).
All Loft masts are packed in sewn, printed and padded polyester Loft mastbags with our Loftmasts guide and warranty.
